Shanvox provides software development, web application development, mobile application development, digital marketing, customised software solutions, internship programs, and IT consultancy services.
2. Payments
All payments for projects, services, and training programs (including internships) are processed securely through authorized payment gateways. Applicable taxes (including GST) will be charged as per prevailing laws.
3. Proposals, Scope & Deliverables
Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and commercials will be defined in the proposal, quotation, or agreement shared with the client. Any change in scope may lead to a revision of timelines and cost.
4. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all source code, documents, designs, and other materials developed by Shanvox remain the intellectual property of Shanvox until full and final payment is received. Post payment, ownership terms will be as per the specific agreement signed with the client.
5. Use of Website & Content
The content on our website (text, images, logos, graphics, etc.) is for general information and marketing purposes only. You agree not to copy, reuse, or redistribute content without prior written permission from Shanvox.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shanvox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or related to the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of data, business, or profits.
7. Third-Party Services
We may integrate or recommend third-party tools, hosting providers, or services. Shanvox is not responsible for interruptions, security issues, or failures caused by such third-party services.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
