Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made to Shanvox Private Limited (“Shanvox”, “we”, “our”). By making a payment for our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Project / Service Payments
Once a software development, web, mobile, or digital marketing project has commenced, payments made towards the project are generally non-refundable, as resources and effort are allocated immediately.
2. Advance / Milestone Payments
Advance and milestone payments collected for projects are non-refundable, except in cases where Shanvox is unable to initiate or deliver the agreed scope and both parties mutually agree to a refund.
3. Internship Fees
Internship fees paid to Shanvox are refundable only if the internship program is cancelled by 8Queens before the start date. Once the internship has started, the fees are non-refundable even if the participant discontinues.
4. Subscription / Retainer Services
Monthly or yearly retainers (e.g., digital marketing, maintenance, or support) are non-refundable once the service period has started.
5. Cancellation Requests
All cancellation or refund-related requests must be sent in writing via email to:

6. Exceptions
Any exceptions to this policy will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of 8Queens and may require additional documentation or justification.
7. Disputes
In case of payment disputes, Shanvox reserves the right to review the case and, if applicable, share relevant records with the payment gateway or bank to resolve the issue.
